Southwest Airlines continues its expansion in Southern California markets with the airline’s application to begin new non-stop service between Los Angeles and Mexico beaches.
Southwest Adds 3 Mexico Beach Cities from LA
According to the airline’s latest press release, the airline will launch three new routes beginning Nov. 6 (pending government approval).
Non-stops from Los Angeles International (LAX) to:
- Cancun (twice daily)
- San Jose del Cabo/Los Cabos (twice daily)
- Puerto Vallarta (once a day)
Southwest begins Long Beach Service This Month
Earlier this year, the carrier announced it would begin flights June 5 from JetBlue-dominated Long Beach, Calif. (LGB) which is located just a few miles south of LAX.
Non-stops between Long Beach (LGB) to:
- Oakland (four flights a day)
