Porter Airlines is a regional airline headquartered at  Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ). They commenced flight operations in October 2006 first in Canada and then in select US cities using the Canadian built Bombardier Dash-8 Q 400 turboprop aircraft. Translation: Kinda small planes. But they still do the job.

Being a small airline, they don’t have any partners or alliances, but they do have a Frequent-flyer program called VIPorter. Clever. Their focus cities are Halifax, Montreal and Ottowa.
