TUIfly is a German leisure airline based in the Hannover Airport. It uses 26 Boeing 737 aircraft to fly vacation destinations for TUI AG (the world's largest tour company), including around the Mediterranean, the Canary and Cape Verde Islands, Madeira and Egypt.
A branch of TUI AG is TUI Travel PLC, which owns TUIfly. TUIfly has large ties with Air Berlin, and as a matter of fact, all TUIfly's flights within Germany and other non-tourist destinations are operated on behalf of Air Berlin.
The TUI smile, found in their logo, serves as a promise to provide quality to their customers. TUIfly was created by the merging of Hapag Lloyd Flug and Hapag Lloyd Express in 2007. Expect free drinks, snacks and meals on certain flights to their wonderful vacation destinations!
