The airline Air Caraibes can be summed up in one word: Colorful. Well, that’s their slogan anyways! And quite fitting for the regional airline of the French Caribbean. It provides flights to 13 beautiful islands in the West Indies, as well as transatlantic flights to Paris.
Did you know that, despite being founded in 2000, the airline has been around since 1969 under the name Société Antillaise de Transport Aérien / Air Guadeloupe (Caribbean Society of Air Transport / Air Guadeloupe). Air Caraibes was formed by various local airlines merging together in 2000. It's easy to say that was a great decision that we can all enjoy moving forward.
Air Caraibes is also a member of CaribSKY Alliance, along with LIAT, Caribbean Airlines, and Insel Air.
