This city is said to have been settled since the Stone Age but it is a thoroughly modern metropolis, home to a vibrant arts scene, over 1,000 restaurants featuring cuisines of the world and headquarters to the popular clothing retailer H&M. We’re seeing declining prices for this magical beach destination, but this can vary widely depending on the departure city.

Increased competition (notably from Southwest) has been a boon to the coastal resort towns of Liberia and San Jose.
