Longer-than-Usual Airline Sales Kick Off Spring Break Travel

Good news for weekend shoppers looking to save money: Several airlines launched unusually long sales this week and many are good for travel through May. Normally, such sales disappear within 48 hours (or less) but several current deals don’t expire until late next week.

Note: Because many of these sales include weeks traditionally devoted to Spring Break trips, you may see a lot of blackout dates. If you can fly midweek (even for one direction of travel), you’ll probably save money.
