Is Cheaper Hawaiian Airfare Possible?

Hawaiian Airlines already has an extensive number of flights from the West Coast to Honolulu, but this is part of its ongoing effort to beef up its Maui hub. The airline also believes passenger demand is up to the challenge of new flights, describing it as “robust.”

However, airfare analyst Rick Seaney said the increased number of flights may benefit passengers looking for reduced rates, adding, “I suspect this means airfares to Maui could drop, absolutely.”

Another Passenger Perk

According to a news report, passengers will reap another benefit – a less hectic travel experience at the airport. Said spokesperson Ann Botticelli, “It allows us to route passengers through Maui to other destinations throughout the Islands without going through Honolulu International, which is more crowded.”
