    Forbes Travel has just released its annual list of four- and five-star establishments including hotels, restaurants and spas, and the United States is represented in the top category with four new five-star hotels which are scattered across the country.

    • The Grand Del Mar in San Diego
    • The American Club in Kohler, Wisconsin
    • Mandarin Oriental in Boston
    • Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas

    If you stay at the Mandarin Vegas, you might want to try the food at Twist – that restaurant also garnered five stars, along with L20 in Chicago, Menton in Boston and Herons in Cary, North Carolina.
