Southwest Sale: Book this Weekend Only

A bit of a change for Southwest: the low cost airline launched a sale today (Friday) that allows you to book flights throughout the weekend. It’s the latest edition of their Click ‘n Save Deals and the sale applies to select routes only but there are plenty of them. Airfares start as low as $59+ each-way, but remember that price does not include all taxes and fees.

Book by Monday, Aug. 29. Travel from Sept. 6 through Dec. 14, but there are blackout dates that cover Thanksgiving (from Nov. 17-28). A ten day advance purchase is required.
