The Southwest Airlines nationwide winter airfare sale is up and running, but its not your only option for deals on holiday travel. Northwest Airlines’ holiday airfare sale is still going strong. You can find cheap flights for as low as $49+ each-way to a range of U.S. and Canadian destinations. These deals are good for travel between November 20, 2008 and January 5, 2009. The airfare sale ends on November 26, 2008. However, the best prices are based on availability, so it’s best not to wait too long.
