AirTran “Cinderella Story” Airfare Sale: Travel through November

Southwest Airlines isn’t the only carrier that’s launched a major new airfare sale. Just in time for college basketball’s big tournament, AirTran is giving you the chance to “book your Cinderella story.”

Travel dates on this airfare sale actually go well beyond tournament time. They extend into the summer and even into fall. AirTran is locking in seats this far out due to the lack of certainty caused by current economic conditions. As our CEO Rick Seaney said in an AP aritcle today, “They can throw all their history out the window.” Airfare for this sale starts at $39+ each-way. Purchase your airline ticket by March 5 for travel through November 4, 2009.
